Cabin crew members during their work-study program are faced with several realities:
- Their tutors occasionally supervise them
- Having to ask the Chief Cabin Attendant to fill out their progress booklet
- Being considered as a Cabin Crew Member
- Being integrated into the crew
- Being accompanied to the various positions
- Following appropriate training

Airlines encounter difficulties in:
1. Collecting scattered information and files
2. Carrying out a file-by-file synthesis
3. Sending the elements to the relevant organizations

The questionnaire concerns the flight carried out
includes 30 items according to the 4 skills defined by the CCA training center and is processed in 50 seconds
