Cabin crew members during their work-study program are faced with several realities:
- Their tutors occasionally supervise them
- Having to ask the Chief Cabin Attendant to fill out their progress booklet
- Being considered as a Cabin Crew Member
- Being integrated into the crew
- Being accompanied to the various positions
- Following appropriate training
Airlines encounter difficulties in:
1. Collecting scattered information and files
2. Carrying out a file-by-file synthesis
3. Sending the elements to the relevant organizations
The questionnaire concerns the flight carried out
includes 30 items according to the 4 skills defined by the CCA training center and is processed in 50 seconds
Skills area 1: Implementing safety and security procedures and first aid actions,
Skills area 2: Communicating and establishing a positive relationship with passengers,
Skills area 3: Coordinating interventions and working within a team (crew and ground),
Skills area 4: Provide quality service to passengers throughout the mission.
The cabin crew self-assesses after the flight according to the 4 defined levels
As soon as the questionnaire is validated, an email is sent to the tutor/Cab Chief designated as responsible for the flight.
