Flight Preparation

Before a flight, the Cabin Crew manager receives an email notification to remind him to assign a position to each cabin crew member. During the briefing, the Cabin Crew manager assigns a position to each cabin crew member.

 Evaluation of a flight

At the end of the flight:

  • The Cabin Crew manager receives an email inviting him to evaluate the cabin crew in his area.

  • Each Flight attendant receives an email inviting him to self-evaluate on his flight.

 

When Cabin Crew manager and Flight attendant filled out the questionnaire:

  • The flight attendant score for the flight is calculated.

  • flight attendant is notified that evaluation is ready.

  • cabin crew member can view own score and  progress with evolution to previous flights

 

Visualization of the progression

Cabin crew member sees the recap of obtained points on graphics.

Instrctors can manage the set of statistics over several years to report on the progression of a cabin crew member for whom he is the referent.

The Director measures the instructor coaching impact on cabin crew members efficiency growth (through the progression of cabin crew members under their authority).
